Plans and pricing

EyeOnTask is billed per person per month, and there are three plans. Which one you need is decided by which modules you want rather than by how big you are.

eyeontask.com/pricing is the authority on current prices. The prices below match it and are here so the plans can be compared without leaving the knowledge base — if the two ever disagree, the pricing page is right. Which plan a module belongs to follows the plan descriptions there; for a module your account needs and does not have, ask the EyeOnTask team.

Two rates, not one: fieldworkers and admins are priced separately, because they use different halves of the product. A fieldworker has the app. An admin has the browser application — where the planning, quoting and invoicing happens — and the app as well. See how users work for what each type can do.

So the bill follows your shape: a firm with two people in the office and twelve in vans pays two admin rates and twelve fieldworker rates.

Paying yearly rather than monthly takes 20% off.

Fieldworker / month$7$10$14
Admin / month$12$15$18

Imperative is the working core: jobs and scheduling, recurring jobs, job time tracking and dispatch, quotes, invoicing, inventory, reports, custom forms, each client’s call history and service record, on-site payment collection and e-signatures, the Zapier integration, and the Android and iOS apps.

Advance adds the parts that involve people outside your own team: the branded customer portal, contracts, suppliers and purchase orders, requests, one-to-one chat with a fieldworker, the Xero and QuickBooks integrations, and online payment collection through PayPal and Stripe.

Premium adds the asset and cost side: equipment and asset management, expenses, audits, all the reminders, and 24×7 email and phone support.

Each plan includes everything in the one before it. Advance is Imperative plus its own list; Premium is all three lists together.

So equipment and asset management is not part of the Advance plan — it is one of the things Premium adds, along with expenses, audits and reminders. The same goes for My Tools and client equipment, which are part of the same module.

  • Minimum transaction $50. Small accounts are billed up to that floor rather than below it.
  • Customer portal is included for up to 50 customers. Beyond 50, each additional portal login is charged.
  • Prices are in US dollars, and billed in USD wherever you are.
  • No setup cost, and no credit card to start a trial.

Training is included on every plan, and support is available on every plan — see getting help.

Check the plan first: a module that belongs to a higher plan than yours is not in the menu at all. Equipment, expenses, audits and reminders need Premium; contracts, requests, suppliers, purchase orders and the customer portal need Advance or above.

Premium includes every module — but the plan is not the only thing that decides what appears. The Super Admin decides which modules are switched on for the account, and a module can be switched off even on a plan that includes it. So if you are on Premium and a module such as Equipment is not showing, it has been switched off rather than left out.

The Super Admin turns a module on or off by asking EyeOnTask support — see getting help. Ask them to switch it on, and it appears in the menu.

Plans differ by which modules are switched on, not by your data. Moving up makes more of the sidebar appear; what you have already entered stays where it is.

To change plan, or to ask what a particular set of users would cost, contact the team — getting help has the ways to reach them.
