The portal assistant
Say what you need… sits on the landing page, on Home, and on the request steps. A customer types the problem in their own words — “AC in the bedroom is not cooling, started yesterday, need someone today” — and the request fills itself in: the service, the answers to your questions, how urgent it is, when they want somebody.
Anything it filled carries an AI tag, and the customer can change all of it. It is a first draft of the form, not a decision.
Helping it match your services
Section titled “Helping it match your services”Services → the words customers use in the portal settings is where this is won or lost. Your service might be called HVAC preventive maintenance; your customers type AC servicing, aircon cleaning, gas top-up. Put their words in and the assistant matches them to the right service.
It is worth doing for the handful of services most of your work comes through, and ignoring for the rest.
When it is not available
Section titled “When it is not available”There is a monthly limit per company, and the assistant can be unavailable for other reasons. When it is, the portal carries on without it — the customer fills the steps in themselves, and no error is shown. Nothing stops them sending the request.
