How do I manage payment modes for my purchase orders?

Go to the main menu and you will see the Settings option.Select it. After selecting the Settings option Select Purchase Order from Modules option. Here, you will find two options to set Payment Mode and Delivery Mode. Go to the first option. After selecting the first option, You will see a list of payment modes already defined. If no payment mode is defined yet you can define a new payment mode from here. Click on Add Payment type button. A popup with a Textfield and a Save button will appear. Define a payment type such as cash, cheque etc and click Save button. Newly created Payment mode will be seen on the list.
