How can I send feedback requests to clients, and view or delete feedback within Job Details?
Here, to gather feedback from clients, we send a mail to clients requesting to fill in the feedback on the given link. To mail a feedback request to a client, Select any Job then select Feedback.
In the Feedback tab, you will find a button at the right side of the screen, named “Mail to Request Feedback”.
“Clicking on ‘Mail to Request Feedback’ will open a mailing window with a pre-filled message, where you need to enter the client’s email address and subject.”
Once all required details are filled, click Send to share the feedback request email.
To see the client’s feedback, select the Job and go to the Feedback tab
Selecting Feedback will display a list of feedback received from the clients on the screen.
You can delete any feedback using the delete icon besides every feedback.
Clicking on it will ask for a confirmation.
Select Yes, delete it. It will give a success alert “Feedback deleted successfully” on the screen, which means the feedback has been deleted and will not appear in the feedback list.
