How do I generate and manage Request Script?
Here, you can create and customize a professional Contact Us form for your website. You can select the fields you want to collect, define mandatory requirements, customize the form appearance, and generate an embeddable script for seamless website integration.
Go to the main menu and you will see the Settings option. Select it. After selecting the Settings option Select Request from the Modules.
There in the Request Setting window, you will find five options to set different Request related settings. Go to the fourth option - Design ContactUs form for your website.
After selecting the Fourth option, a Contact Us Form Designer page will appear. Here, you will find a Domain Name field where you can enter the domain name of your website.
In the Field section, you can control which fields are to be available in the Contact Us form. you can on/off the available individual fields based on your requirement using the On/Off toggle button. For ex- If Phone Number is turned ON, it appears in the preview. Also you can on/Off the fields to be mandatory. For ex- If Mandatory is enabled for Email Address, users must enter an email before submitting.
If a field is OFF, it won't appear in the form. Also, the pencil icon appears to allow editing the field label.
You can personalize the form appearance with Primary Color, Background Color, Form Border Color, Field Background Color, Form Radius, Field Radius.
Click the Save and Generate Script button on the top right corner.
A script will be generated at the top of the screen.
You can copy this script from the button below the generated script.
On copying the script a success alert will be displayed “Text Copied Successfully”. Put this copied script on the desired place in your website's html code where you want this form to be displayed.
