Go to the main Menu and you will see the Settings option. Select it. After selecting the Settings option Select Request here, you will find three options to set different request related settings. Go to the second option. After selecting the second option, You will see a list of Request statuses already defined. If no Request status is defined yet you can define a new Request status from here. Click on Add Request Status button. A popup with a Textfield and a Save button will appear. Define a Request Status such as Won, In Process, Lost etc. and click Save button. Newly created Request Status will be seen on the list.
